I want to make a memory book on one specific story, but it is a very short one. It may not be worth it…
There is no minimum or maximum length for your memories to be worth keeping! Besides, you may not realize it, but once written out and after the context and photos have been added, a short story may end up longer than you expected. Our goal is to spotlight your beloved memory the best way we can; we will adapt your book to your story and its available illustrations to create the perfect dedicated safekeeping.
I like the concept, but I am not sure which story to choose...
Once you have chosen one or several themes, we will advise you on the best way to highlight your memories around that theme. We will guide you throughout the entire process. For example, if you want a book about your childhood, we will work with you around that topic. During the interview(s), we will ask questions designed to help resurface your memories. From there, we will help you select the memories you would like to keepsake in your book. Furthermore, we will assist in picking the photos best suited to illustrate your stories.
Can we add to the book after it’s done?
We can always go back to the project and re-work on your book to add new content (for an additional fee). We can insert additional details, photos, or whole chapters… and then, reprint your updated memory book!
I want to work on my lifetime story, but I am not sure where to start
We will guide you throughout the entire process. Together, we will determine which chapters of your life to include in your memory book, in order to create a story that best corresponds to your journey. During our preliminary talks, we will assist in drawing up a list of important stories and milestones. Our interviews will follow this roadmap and we will adjust it as needed. Your book will be individually tailored to highlight these beloved stories, resulting in the perfect dedicated safekeeping for your lifetime memories.
I have trouble understanding what my memory book will end up being. A memoir? A collection of anecdotes from my family? A photo album? A Biography?...
Your memory book will be whatever you want it to be! The sheer flexibility of our formats and approach allows us to fully adapt our process to your specific intent for this book. We will go through this question in detail during our preliminary discussion to create a memory book that is perfectly arranged to your purpose. We will keep a close eye on these expectations when working on your book and we will reorient our method as needed in concertation with you.
Do you issue gift certificates?
Yes, we do have a gift certificate option. You will determine the budget of the memory book for the recipient of your gift, and we will provide several options corresponding to that budget on a gift certificate.
